(Rao Hansheng and Zhou Shengming, CGGC International.) On April 19, the left way of Package RJ-6 in East-West Corridor, India is partly put into operation on time, marking CGGC has achieved success in first contract project in India.

The Expressway of the East-West Corridor, India was invested by Asian Development Bank, among which Package RJ-6 awarded to CGGC. During the construction, CGGC Indian Project Department overcame huge difficulties in land expropriation and resettlement, accelerated the progress, controlled the quality severely, and realized the Empoyer’s requirement to put into operation in April, 2007.

The completed section is the left way of the original 229km～235km section, wholly affirmed by the Employer.
